The Programme
A structured three days โ not a school trip.
Every cohort follows the same carefully designed format: six company visits over three consecutive days during the school holidays, in a group capped at 15. Two visits a day, each with a guided tour, a real conversation with professionals, and a light lunch in between.

Every visit includes
What happens at each company.
- A guided tour of the facility and its key operational areas
- A talk from a senior team member or HR lead on careers in that sector
- An open Q&A โ your child's questions, answered by people doing the work
- Where the company offers it: a hands-on demonstration or short job-shadow
Who it's for
Built for ages 12 to 18.
Future Pathways is designed for secondary-school students at exactly the stage real choices begin โ subject selection, university planning, first thoughts of a career. Groups stay small (15 maximum) so every participant is seen, supervised and engaged.

One simple fee. Everything covered.
USD 120per child, per cohort
Payment is arranged on confirmation โ cash or EcoCash, one week in advance. Nothing is paid online.
