What we collect
When you register a child or make an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — such as names, contact details, your child's age, and any notes you share (for example dietary or medical needs). We do not process any online payments.
How we use it
We use your information only to confirm places, arrange payment offline, coordinate the programme safely, and reply to your enquiry. We may contact you about the cohort you registered for.
How long we keep it
Submissions are emailed to us and stored securely. We keep registration and enquiry data for up to 12 months after the relevant cohort, then delete it — unless you have opted in to future updates, in which case we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe.
Children's information
Information about a child is only ever collected from, and managed with, their parent or guardian. We collect the minimum needed to run the programme safely, and a signed parental indemnity and consent is required before any child takes part.
Marketing vs essential messages
Essential messages (confirming a place, payment and safety details) are separate from optional updates about future cohorts. You choose whether to receive the optional updates when you register, and can opt out any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with host companies for a visit to go ahead safely (for example, group numbers and any critical safety notes).
